Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel a session you must do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the session starting. If this notice period is not provided, the full session rate will be charged for the cancelled session. Cancelled sessions will be refunded in full if 24 hours notice is provided or an alternative session can be offered at the discretion of Four Paws Adventure Academy. You can cancel a session by logging into your account on the 'Book' tab.
