These terms and conditions are subject to change and should be read each time you agree to them when booking or otherwise. You can view the date and time that they were last updated at the bottom of the page.

 

1. I understand and agree to take full responsibility for any costs which may be incurred, by either veterinary or other, as a result of any damage, accident, or sickness caused to or by my dog and will pay any such costs or expenses on demand. I assume full liability for damages to property or injury, illness or death to my dog, person or other animal. Four Paws Adventure Academy strongly advises you to insure your dog for all eventualities including third party liability.

 

2. I agree to notify Four Paws Adventure Academy of any previous or future aggressive or potentially dangerous behaviour of my dog that has potential to cause harm to, or might make my dog unsuitable for socialising with, any person, dog or any other animal.

 

3. I understand that should my dog be deemed to be unsuitable by Four Paws Adventure Academy due to behaviour or health related reasons at any time, Four Paws Adventure Academy reserves the right to cancel the booking and/or terminate the agreement indefinitely, with immediate effect.

 

4. I agree that I will not hold Four Paws Adventure Academy responsible for any injuries sustained during my dog’s activities or interaction whilst using the outside space and I agree that I will not hold Four Paws Adventure Academy responsible for any costs or medical charges associated with said injuries.

 

5. I understand that the outside space at Four Paws Adventure Academy is a natural environment that is monitored by Four Paws Adventure Academy for any object or substance that could be potentially dangerous to my dog, however I understand that my dog could be injured or become ill despite the best efforts of Four Paws Adventure Academy. I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor my dog and observe the outside space before each session and I agree to take full responsibility for any costs which may be incurred, by either veterinary or other, as a result of said illness or injury to my dog and will pay any such costs or expenses on demand.

 

6. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations, worm, flea and tick treatments and I understand that if I fail to provide proof of current vaccinations or if my dog’s vaccinations are found to be expired or otherwise incomplete, Four Paws Adventure Academy has the right to refuse service until current proof is provided.

 

7. I understand that even if my dog is fully vaccinated and has received flea, tick and worm treatments there is a chance that my dog can still contract a disease, illness or parasite from any source inside or outside of Four Paws Adventure Academy’s care, I agree that I will not hold Four Paws Adventure Academy responsible or assume the source of the any disease or illness was contracted via Four Paws Adventure Academy.

 

8. I understand that bitches must not attend Four Paws Adventure Academy when in season and that I must immediately notify Four Paws Adventure Academy if/when my bitch comes into season. I understand that Four Paws Adventure Academy will not accept responsibility should my dog become pregnant.

 

9. I agree to notify Four Paws Adventure Academy of any diseases or conditions, especially infectious and/or contagious diseases or conditions, my dog has been exposed to or is affected by. Such diseases and conditions include, but are not limited to distemper, hepatitis, kennel cough (bordatella), parvovirus, coronavirus, worms, ticks, lyme disease, fleas, pregnancy, infectious skin diseases and intestinal parasites.

 

10. I agree that I have had the opportunity to observe the fencing surrounding the outside area of Four Paws Adventure Academy and I agree that my dog should not be able to escape from said boundaries. I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor my dog and observe the boundaries before each session and I assume full liability for damages to property or injury, illness or death to my dog, person or other animal if my dog escapes over said boundaries or if my does goes missing or is stolen. I understand that Four Paws Adventure Academy monitor the fencing surrounding the outside area of Four Paws Adventure Academy for any areas where my dog could escape but due to the natural environment my dog could still escape despite the best efforts of Four Paws Adventure Academy.

 

11. I agree to report any damages caused by my dog to any equipment, fencing or other possessions belonging to Four Paws Adventure Academy immediately, other than reasonable wear and tear and I agree that any damages caused by my dog will be paid for by me directly to Four Paws Adventure Academy upon request.

 

12. I understand that Four Paws Adventure Academy reserves the right to cancel or amend sessions due to adverse weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, extreme cold or storms.

 

13. I understand that should I wish to cancel a session I will inform Four Paws Adventure Academy via email, text or phone call with 24 hours notice. I understand and agree that if this notice period is not provided, I will be liable to pay the full agreed rate for the cancelled session. Cancelled sessions will be refunded in full if 24 hours notice is provided or an alternative session can be offered at the discretion of Four Paws Adventure Academy. You can cancel a session by logging into your account on the 'Book' tab.

 

14. I understand and agree that harsh handling or punishment is not permitted at Four Paws Adventure Academy, therefore choke chains, prong collars, shock collars, compressed air canisters, water squirters, punitive methods and manhandling are not allowed during field hire.

 

15. I understand that Four Paws Adventure Academy is not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles, their contents or any other possessions whilst using the outside space at Four Paws Adventure Academy. I also understand that Four Paws Adventure Academy is not responsible for any personal injuries, to myself or anyone else that may be present, that may occur whilst using the outside space at Four Paws Adventure Academy.

 

16. I understand that it is my responsibility to secure the outside space of Four Paws Adventure Academy upon my departure, by correctly fitting the chain and padlock around the main gate as explained to me by Four Paws Adventure Academy. I understand that if I do not secure the outside space of Four Paws Adventure Academy upon my departure, I will assume full liability for any damage or theft to any equipment, fencing or other possessions belonging to Four Paws Adventure Academy due to the outside area not being secured and I agree to pay any such costs or expenses on demand.

17. I understand that all dogs that attend Four Paws Adventure Academy during my session must be registered using the registration form. I agree that all dogs that I register to attend Four Paws Adventure Academy in my name are owned by myself and are my responsibility or are my responsibility during all visits to Four Paws Adventure Academy and I accept full liability for all dogs that attend Four Paws Adventure Academy in my name during my session.

18. I confirm that none of the dogs attending Four Paws Adventure Academy are banned or exempted under The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. Banned breeds listed under The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 include but are not limited to: Pit Bull Terrier​, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and XL Bully. I understand that banned and exempted dogs under The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted at Four Paws Adventure Academy.

 

19. I further understand and agree that each of the foregoing provisions are separate and severable and shall be in force and effect on each and every occasion my dog attends Four Paws Adventure Academy: This statement shall remain in full force and effect as between the parties until and unless otherwise amended or revoked, cancelled or superseded in writing by both parties.
